Peace, Purple and Snowflakes - A Christmas Card

I love purple.
I guess I'd better since I have purple in my hair, ya' think?!
LOL!
Purple has always been a favorite color, really, any tint or shade of purple, doesn't matter.
But you don't often see purple on Christmas cards.

Recently I participated in several card swaps with other Stampin' Up! demonstrators and today's card is one that I made for one of the swaps.

I love this combo of Wisteria Wonder, Smoky Slate and Whisper White.
And it's got enough added bling with the Silver Glimmer Paper and the Silver Cording.
It's an easy-peasy Z-fold card.
Just cut your card stock at 4 1/4" x 11".
Fold in half at 5 1/2".
Score the front at 2 3/4" and fold it back on itself.
That's your card base.
See? Easy-peasy!

You can decorate any way you choose.
I opted for the new Softly Falling Embossing Folder on the folded-back card front.
The circle layers are cut with the Circles Framelits on my Big Shot as is the "peace" from the Christmas Greetings Thinlits Dies.
The stamp set is Holly Jolly Greetings - super versatile! And the Christmas Greetings come in a money-saving bundle with the stamp set. Deal.

See that rhinestone center on the snowflake?
That's from the Iced Rhinestones Embellishments in the Holiday Catalog.
Seriously - they are the bomb.com. The catalog photo doesn't do them justice AT ALL. They are gorgeous in person! You NEED them. Trust me. (They are self-adhesive!)
You get 24 of them for 5 bucks. That's like, .21 each.
Just order them, you'll thank me later. :)

Here's all the supplies I used to create this card:
