Poppy for Men

Ok, one last time. I'm going to miss Poppy Parade.
Admittedly, this color took a while to grow on me, but once it did, I fell in love.
It's a different kind of red, kind of tropical in my eyes and I like that. Hey, anything tropical is good, right?

Anyway, today's card is pretty simple and I think would be a great "man" card.
I designed this for my May card classes and it was a favorite.

It's nearly impossible to see, but the white panel background was embossed with the Stripes Embossing Folder in my Big Shot. Gave it a little texture to this otherwise clean and simple card.
The Designer Series Paper is from Just Add Cake and I used Early Espresso cardstock for the contrast. The greeting comes from Perfectly Penned and I added a red Rhinestone Fire Circle Brad for an accent.

Here's a look at the inside:

A different piece of designer paper on the bottom and the greeting comes from the retiring stamp set On Your Birthday.
